Despite being invisible to the naked eye, microbes are ever present in our environment, our gut and our food. I am curious about our actions shape the microbial landscape of our food and environment, and the outsized impact these tiny communities have on our health.
Outside the lab you can usually find me exercising, playing the drums, travelling or spending time in nature.
