Worked alongside Jing Ying optimizing in vitro antagonism assays to screen for potential gut strains capable of inhibiting Klebsiella pneumoniae under Jean-Sebastian’s CaPEs Project. Furthermore, under the guidance of Hui Jing, Bryan performed evaluation experiments on the KingFisher Nucleic Acid extractor as well as Vazyme’s EAGLE Fluorescence Quantimeter. He also assisted with soil ultramicrobacteria extraction and single-cell dispensing using the B-Sight platform in collaboration with Yue Yuan.
